I work full time, so I called to book an appointment in my lunch hour. My aim was to gain an appointment in the next week, so not an urgent or immediate appointment was needed. The phone was answered and I asked to book an appointment and was told by the lady that I needed to ring at 8am the next morning to gain an appointment on the day - I explained I worked full time and didn’t/couldn’t attend an appointment at such short notice and would like to book 5days ahead, yet still told to call at 8am. No logic what so ever. So, I called at 8am, to be cut off as their was a queue. After 3 attempts and 20 minutes of waiting I finally got into the queue to be told I was 17th(!) in the queue. Bear in mind I need to be at work for 9am and this is now 8:25am! I gave up. Called the next day, again on my lunch hour, another lady answered and made me an appointment (Wowee, it was asif I was dealing with another medical centre!). Attended my appointment today. Arrived 5 minutes early, only to wait 50 MiNUTES!!!!!!! to be seen, for a 5 minute appointment. Absolutely appalling all round. No understanding for people who need to see a GP and who work full time and contribute towards the NHS. Really, what I am I paying towards? A poorly ran business that doesn’t help, understand or support in anyway.

Mental health issues are not taken seriously by this gp team. I have been dismissed out of hand on several occasions and also been told I was wasting drs time. I have re entry spent 3 months as an inpatient at a mental health facility so we are not talking of being a bit ‘low’ terrible response

Awful awful practice 3 week wait to get appointment for foot I’m struggling to walk on I’m not expecting same or even next day appointment but somewhere within the next week would be acceptable,not too much too ask eh Receptionist sounded like she was fresh out of the worst charm school in the world Heavens help me if I’m ever seriously unwell

I have been a patient since a child for nearly 35 years, this practice has gone downhill in the last 2 years, getting an appointment is a absolute joke. The phone system and the online system for getting an appointment is a waste of time. I have ongoing medical issues and would just like to get the treatment and care that we all deserve. I'm sure they are not delivering the duty of care that they should.
